Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
